2、ldbeselectedaccordingtorelevantstandardsandagreementsofbothparties.Thisstandardisappliedtosamplesforuniversaltensiletestingofsteelandnonferrousmetalmaterials.Ifthereisnotspecialregulation,samplesofbar,type,plate(strip),pipe,wire(silk),castingpiece,die-casti
3、ngpiece,andforging&pressingpiecesshouldbeselectedaccordingtothisstandard.1.Cutting,PreparationandMarkingofSamples1.1ThesamplingpartanddirectionontheproductshouldbechosenaccordingtoGB2975-82“SamplingRegulationsofSteelMechanicsandTechnologyPerformanceTest”,an
4、drelevantstandardsandagreementsofbothparties.1.2Samplingandmachiningsamplesbothshouldstrictlypreventfromaffectingthemetalmechanicsperformanceduetotheircoolingorheating,generallyitisbettertocarryoutthemonthecuttingmachine.Whensamplingbyhotcuttingorcoolcuttin
5、gmethod,leaveenoughspaceofedgeformachining,thatnormallyshouldbenolessthanthethicknessofproduct,thelowestnumbershouldbenolessthan20mm,whilesheet(strip)isanexception,detailscanbeseeninGB2975-82.Whenmachinesamples,thedepthsofcuttingandgrinding,andlubricants(co
6、oling)shouldbeproper,andthedepthsoflastcuttingandgrindingshouldnotbetoodeep,toprotecttheperformance.Itissuggestedtokeepthecentralholeofmachiningreadyfornecessaryredressing.1.3Inspecttherectangularsamplescutfromqualifiedplate,flatbarorstripfromtheappearance,
7、normallykeeptheoriginalsurfaceofsampleswithoutdamage,andremovetheburrofsamples,roundthesharpedgeandthearcradiusshouldnottoobig.Wireandsheetsamplescutfromthedrumareallowedtobestraightenedorleveled,buttheadjustmentshouldnotaffectthemechanicsperformanceofsampl
8、es.Astothesamplewithoutdeterminationofitselongationrate,itshouldbetestedwithoutadjustment.1.4Wipeoffsandinclusion,slaginclusion,burrandsplashonthesurfaceofsinglecastsamplesthatdonotbemachined.1.5Sample
