1、山东科技大学学士学位论文摘要随着网络和科技的发展，经济全球化迅速的形成，已经成为了这个时代的主流。随着经济全球化的形成，供应链也随之诞生，并打破了传统的企业性质、生存环境和经营战略思想。在供应链的环境下，企业难以再仅仅依靠自身的资源来进行库存管理，必须充分的与供应链上的其他节点企业进行协调合作和信息共享。在充分的整合和利用供应链上的信息的基础上，进行现代化的、相关式的、开放式的库存管理，才能更好的适应时代的要求和企业经营的需求。本文正是在这样的环境下，通过对傲腾现有的库存管理进行观察和分析，发现其中存在的问题，指出并分析产生问题的原因。在这个基础上，结合基于供应链的库存管理的相关知
