1、赊购协助服务协议（“本协议”）SupportServiceAgreementonDeferredPayment(“ThisAgreement”)鉴于：欧诺阿卡商务咨询（上海）有限公司(下称“欧诺”)是欧尚集团下属公司；WhereasOneyAccordBusinessConsulting(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd(“Oney”)isamemberofAuchanGroup,鉴于：下方签字的申请人有需求以赊购方式在欧尚品牌门店(下称“门店”)处采购背面《赊购协助服务申请表》（下称“《协助服务申请表》”）中所列商品。Whereas,theun

2、dersignedApplicantwouldliketopurchasegoodslistedunder(hereinafterthe“SupportServiceApplicationForm")onthereversepagefromahypermarketoperatedundertheAUCHANbrand(hereinafterreferredtoastheStore)bywayofDeferredPayment(hereinaf

3、terreferredas”DeferredPayment”).鉴于：门店将通过欧诺提供的申请人还款能力的审核意见(“审核意见”)对申请人提出的赊购申请做出审核。WhereastheStorewillacceptDeferredPaymentapplicationbyApplicantswhosereimbursementcapacityissupportedbyaRecommendationprovidedbyOney(“theRecommendation”).除本协议另有规定外，在本协议中出现的术语应和《协助服务申请表》项下出现的术语具有相同

4、含义。Unlessotherwiseprovidedforherein,thecapitalizedtermsinthisAgreementshallhavethesamemeaningasthoseinthe.第1条赊购申请及审核/Article1DeferredPaymentApplicationandExamination1.1申请人有意在门店赊购消费的，应填写并签署《协助服务申请表》，并将《协助服务申请表》提交欧诺进行处理。TheApplicantintendingtocons

6、。OneywillsubmittotheStoreoftheRecommendationafteritsprocessingofthedeferredpaymentapplication.91.1当门店通过欧诺提供的审核意见批准了申请人的赊购申请，申请人将与门店签订《赊购协议》。WhentheStoreapprovesontheDeferredPaymentapplicationbasedontheRecommendationprovidedbyOney,theApplicantwillsign

7、withtheStore.第1条欧诺的权利义务/Article2RightsandObligationsofOney2.1欧诺须为申请人提供赊购相关的全程信息咨询服务，并在申请人申请赊购过程中协助其办理各项手续；OneywillprovidetoTheApplicantall-stageinformationconsultationservicesinrelationtotheDeferredPaymentandassistTheApplicantindealingwithvariousproceduresduringitsapplication
