2、ber29,2009]Sti®enedthermosettingcompositepanelswerefabricatedwithco-curingprocessing.Intheco-curingprocess-ing,thetemperaturedistributioninthecompositepanelswasnonuniform.Aninvestigationintothethree-dimensionalcuresimulationofT-shapesti®enedthermosettingcompositepanelswaspresented.

3、Flexibletoolsandlocatingtoolswereconsideredinthecuresimulation.Temperaturedistributioninthecompositeswaspredictedasafunctionoftheautoclavetemperaturehistory.Anonlineartransientheattransfer¯niteelementmodelwasdevelopedtosimulatethecuringprocessofsti®enedthermosettingcompositepanels.

4、Andasimulationexamplewaspresentedtodemonstratetheuseofthepresent¯niteelementprocedureforanalyzingcompositecuringprocess.Theglass/polyesterstructurewasinvestigatedtoprovideinsightintothenonuniformcureprocessandthee®ectof°exibletoolsandlocatingtoolsontemperaturedistribution.Temperatu
