2、构,利用互联网和图书馆资源,撰写一份实验大报告,制作一个课堂展示PPT;实验考试以操作为主,占总成绩的10%,主要考查接种技术、微生物制片技术、染色技术和显微镜油镜的使用技术;期末考试为闭卷笔试,占总成绩的50%;除了基本概念外,主要考查各知识点的融会贯通和分析问题、解决问题的能力。导向的设置为学生系统掌握微生物学知识、全面提升实验操作能力和综合创新能力指明了方向。关键词:微生物学及实验,成绩评定,导向功能,教学质量,课程改革Payattentiontotheguidingroleofassessment,toimprovetheeducationqua

4、osuchaguidingrole.Atthebeginningofthecourse,thecompositionandproportionofthegradepointsshouldbeoutlined.Besideroutineparticipationinclass,studentsshouldalsobeabletoexpandtheirknowledgebodybydoingliteratureresearchfrominternetandlibrary.Forthispurpose,aseriesoflabreportsandacourse
5、presentationwererequired.Thelabexaminationaccountedfor10%ofthetotalscore,andthetestedskillsincludedinoculating,smearing,stainingandoilmicroscopictechnique;Thefinalwrittenexaminationaccountedfor50%ofthetotalscore,andthetestedcapacitiesincludedtheabilitiestomasterthebasicconcepts,t
