1、广西大学硕士学位论文基于LabVIEW的制动性能测试系统研制姓名:张子庆申请学位级别:硕士专业:农业机械化工程指导教师:黄大明;韦志康20080628基于LabVIEW的制动性能测试系统研制摘要虚拟仪器技术是建立在当今世界最新的计算机技术、数据采集技术和通信技术基础上,利用高性能的模块化硬件,结合高效灵活的软件来完成各种测试、测量和自动化的应用。论文紧密结合当前交通安全和汽车服务发展需要,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,以安全法规标准“GA/T485.2004便携式制动性能测试仪”为依据,利用虚拟仪器技术独特的数据运算与分析功能,实现车辆制动性能
2、的检测。论文首先介绍当前车辆制动测试技术的应用研究现状、LabVIEW软件、基于LabVIEW的制动性能测试系统特点,接着结合车辆制动性能特点和评价参数,以国家安全法规标准“GA/T485.2004便携式制动性能测试仪”对测试系统的要求为依据,提出测试系统的测试功能,进而进行测试系统的设计,包括测试系统的组成、原理、硬件配置、电路设计、测试软件开发和测试系统的静态标定。论文研究的创新之处是利用双轴加速度传感器同时采集车辆行驶方向和纵向减速度信号、以软件为数据运算分析核心、即时进行数据分析以及同时运用波形和数据两种形式动态显示车辆制动参数变化过程,
