2、大直沽天妃宫庙，至今已有360余年的历史。2002年，拦手门第七代传人张文仲等人创建“津门拦手拳研究会”，不断收集、挖掘和整理该武术项目相关的文献资料，2007年6月10日成为天津市第一批非物质文化遗产。国家政府对非物质文化遗产进行立法保护的目的是希望通过国家立法保护来引导非物质文化遗产的可持续发展，保护文化的多样性，实现人类社会的和谐。在非物质文化遗产保护中，‘传承’是核心、是灵魂。”尤其针对拦手门武术一些拳种濒临失传，传承后继乏人，传承单一。这是拦手门武术的损失。因此本文在查阅大量文献资料的基础上，以1F物质文化遗产保护与发展的理论为指导，主要采用：文献资料法、访谈法、实地
