3、.1甲方或甲方的指定人必须在每次发运之前（须在所要求的装运时间的七（7）个工作日之前）提供包含以下内容的文件给乙方或乙方的指定人：商品的品名和描述、商品的数量、商品的运输包装条件、装运时间、装运港、目的港、根据《2000版国际贸易术语解释通则》制订的合同的价格条款以及乙方或乙方指定人所要求的其他有关文件或信息，并确保其完整和准确.酽锕极額閉镇桧猪訣锥。PartyAorthedesignatedpersonofPartyAshallofferthedocumentstoPartyBorthedesignatedpersonofPartyBbeforeeachshipment(seven(7)wo
