3、developthemediumandthesmallbasinfloodforecastingandearlywarningsystembasedontheArcGISEngine9.3componentsintheVisualStudio2008platform.ThissystemCanrealizethemapSCanaboutthewholevalley,andrealizetheoverallstatisticaldataofrainfallandthewaterlevel,andrealizethespatialqueryaboutthestationnetworkan
4、dthereservoirsbasedonthemap.Itcanrealizethereal—timedisplayaboutthehydrologyandtherainfallinformationandCandisplaythereal-timeisohyetalline.Itcanrealizethevisualandtheinteractivefloodforecasting,andrealizethesubmergedthree-dimensionaldynamicanalysisbasedonDEMandthefloodearlywarningmanagementbas
