1、摘要目的：研究肿瘤细胞相关生长因子胸苷酸合酶(thvmidvlatesynthase，TS)、胸苷磷酸化酶(thymidinephosphorylase，TP)在宫颈癌组织经动脉介入化疗栓塞前后的表达变化及临床意义；方法：采用免疫组织化学方法(Immunohistochemistry，IHC)PV二步法分别检测TS、TP在40例介入化疗前后宫颈癌组织及20例正常宫颈组织的表达，拟探讨两个因子在介入前后的表达变化、临床意义及与临床有效性的关系；结果：(1)TS、TP在正常宫颈组均为阴性表达，在宫颈癌组的阳性表达率分别为65％、85％，宫颈癌组的TS、TP的阳性表达率显著高于正常宫
