4、mationofusers,relationshipsofusersandmicroblogsbycallingopenplatformAPIandcrawlingmicroblogwebpages,thenextractedandanalysedfeaturesofusers’andmicroblogcontents’information.Formalizationdefinitionsoftheretweetability,theinfluenceofkeynodeandthebasicco
5、nceptofinformationdisseminationcapacitywereprovided,andmetricmethodoftheirsweredepicted.Atlastweproposedonewayofbuildingtherelationshipnetworkofmicrobloginformationdissemination.Userreceivesatweet,performsretweetingdecisionafterunderstandingitscontent
6、.Thedecisiondependsonuser’spersonalpreferenceandunderstandingoftheinformation.Thusretweetabilitycanbedecidedafteranalyzingandcomputing.Topredictwhetheruserretweetsareceivedtweet,furtherdeterminethedisseminationscopeofmicroblog,webuiltamicrobloginforma
