2、ionandfusion.MethodsBetweenAugust2009andOctober2012.Therewere66caseswithsinglesegmentalcervicaldiscdegenerationdiseaseIntheDepartmentoforthopedics,GeneralHospitalofNingxiaMedicalUniversity.randomlydividedinto34patentsreceivedCDAand32patentsreceivedAC

3、DF,Theneckdisabilityindex(NDI)andJOAtoevaluateclinicalefficacyoftwogroupsafteroperation,AdjacentsegmentdegenerationwasevaluatedonX-rayandmagneticresonanceimaging（MRI）.CervicaldiscdegenerationwasevaluatedaccordingtoKellgren′sgradingsystembasedonX-RAYa

4、ndMiyazaki′sgradingsystembasedonT2-weightedMRI.ResultsFollow-uptimeof19-50months,mean34months.NDIofACDFgroup38.37±5.32preoperativelyimprovedto6.31±5.61,JOAimprovementratewas75.6%;NDIofCDAgroupimprovedfrom37.75±5.94to2.85±2.66,JOAimprovementratewas80.

5、4%.RomofAdjacentsegment：therewerenochangesignificantly.Kellgren′sgrading：therewere10segmentsevaluatedasdegenerationinACDFgrouplastfollow-up(incidence18.5%);7segmentsinCDAgroup(incidenceof14.6%),therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups,there
