2、下，数量不足，学历不高，学科结构、知识结构不合理，培训资源匮乏、机会有限、层次不高，专业化程度较低，已成为制约农村教育发展的瓶颈之一。从教师专业发展的角度，把握农村教师专业发展的现状，通过分析影响农村教师专业发展存在的主要问题和原因，提出现阶段促进农村教师专业发展的现实有效途径——“校本培训”，并从“校本培训”的制度建设、资源开发、实现形式等方面做了系统阐述。探求促进农村教师专业发展的现实有效途径，提高农村教师的整体素质，进而促进农村教育水平的提高，实现城乡教育均衡发展，是当前教育发展的重要课题，具有较高的理论与实践意义。关键词：农村教师专业发展问题对策⑥硕士学
