1、提要目的：观察穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效，及对患者性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗的影响，探讨其可能的作用机制。方法：60例肥胖型PCOS患者随机分为两组,穴位埋线组和电针组，每组各30例。治疗3个月后评价两组病例的临床疗效，观察其治疗前后体重指数、腰围、月经情况、多毛评分、痤疮评分变化，及其血清促黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）含量变化，并应用统计学方法进行分析。结果：1.两组均可有效降低患者体重指数、腰围，与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P<0.05），
2、两组间比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）。2.两组均可有效改善患者内分泌状况。患者月经情况、LH、LH/FSH以及T值、多毛评分、痤疮评分明显降低（P<0.05）。两组间比较无显著性差异（P>0.05），T值降幅埋线组明显优于电针组（P<0.05）。3.两组均可有效改善患者胰岛素抵抗。患者FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均明显下降（P<0.05），两组间比较无显著性差异（P>0.05），FINS降幅埋线组明显优于电针组（P<0.05）。结论：穴位埋线是治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的有效方法之一，穴位埋线操作简单，治疗成本低，更
