1、提要目的：本研究旨在观察健脾祛瘀汤治疗气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法：临床研究中，将气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者60例随机分为两组，对照组30例，给予常规西药治疗；治疗组30例，在常规西药治疗的基础上给予健脾祛瘀汤，一日一剂，分两次温服。8周后，观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图ST-T改变、化验室检查指标等，并进行统计学分析。结果：1.两组在改善中医症状方面，治疗组明显优于对照组。2.两组对心绞痛症状缓解及心电图改善均有显著的疗效，治疗组的疗效要优于对照组。3.治疗后两组血脂、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血流变、纤维蛋白原水平均有下降，且治疗组优于对照组。4.硝酸甘油停减率，
