1、万方数据山东大学硕士学位论文性导管癌17个;导管内原位癌7个;浸润性小叶癌1个;黏液癌1个;纤维腺瘤16个;硬化性腺病5个;导管内乳头状瘤4个;乳腺慢性炎症伴肉芽组织增生2个。x线摄影、超声及MRI诊断准确度分别为60.38%、58.49%、83.02%;敏感度分别为66.67%、61.11%、90.48%;特异度分别为57.89%、57.14%、78.13%;阳性预测值分别为38.46%、42.31%、73.08%;阴性预测值分别为81.48%、74.07%、92.59%;漏诊率分别为33.33%、38.
2、89%、9.52%;误诊率分别为42.“%、42.86%、21.87%。X线摄影、超声单独检查对乳腺疾病诊断的准确率、敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均低于MRI检查,差别有统计学意义(P0.05)。术后病理证实的53个病灶中体格检查触诊阴性17个。其中x线摄影检查未见明显病
