3、ngthequalityandquantityofreading;(2)combiningreadingactivitieswithwritingactivities.Englishwritingcanbeimprovedthroughreadinginstructionreform.Tobeginwith,theauthorrecognizesthemainproblemsinthestudents’writingthrougherroranalysis,qtiestionnairesurvey

4、andinterview.Themainproblemsinthestudents’writingare1)lackoflearninginterestandinitiative;2)withoutgoodlearninghabits;3)limitedlearningstrategies.Afterthat,theauthorgivessomesuggestionforimprovingreadingteaching:1)combiningemotionalcultivationwithcogn

5、itiveimprovement;2)combiningdiscoursewithphrases;3)combiningreadingwithwriting;4)combiningknowledgeteachingwithskillpractice;5)highlightthedifferencebetweenChinesecultureandEnglish-speakingcountryculture.Followingtheabove,theauthorputsforwardeightprin

6、ciplesthatshouldbeabidedbyundertheguidanceofLanguageInputHypothesis.Theyaregradualprinciple;layerteachingprinciple;combiningextensivereadingwithintensivereadingprinciple;givingconsiderationtoboththediscourseandphrasesprinciple;emphasisonthetransformat

7、ionfrominputtointakeprinciple;combininginputwithoutputprinciple;timelyfeedbackprincipleandautonomouslearningprinciple.Basedontheseeightprinciples,theauthorcomesupwithanewreadingteachingmodel.Theauthorprovesthefeasibilityandvalidityofthenewteachingmeth
