1、提要目的：探讨中西医结合康复治疗对冠心病经皮介入治疗术（PCI）后患者的临床意义。方法：将入选的60例PCI术后患者随机分为两组：康复治疗组（A组30例）和对照组（B组30例），A组采用中西医结合的康复治疗，B组采用普通药物治疗，观察12个周，比较两组患者治疗前后的六分钟步行试验、踝臂指数、代谢当量、左室射血分数、SF-36的改变。结果：六分钟步行试验：A、B两组患者术后1、3个月的6min运动试验距离都有提高，经配对t检验，两组间存在显著性差异，A组优于B组（P＜0.05）；踝臂指数：A组治疗后踝臂指数较治疗前提高，B组治疗前后踝臂

2、指数变化无显著性差异，两组治疗后踝臂指数比较，A组优于B组，有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；代谢当量：A组治疗后代谢当量较治疗前提高，B组治疗前后代谢当量变化无显著性差异，两组治疗后代谢当量比较，A组优于B组，有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；左室射血分数：A组治疗后左室射血分数较前提高，B组治疗后左室射血分数变化较前无显著性差异，两组治疗后左室射血分数比较，A组优于B组，有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；SF-36：经t检验，A、B两组治疗后SF-36各项评分较前均有提高，两组治疗后SF-36各项评分比较，A组优于B组，有显著性差异（P＜0.
