1、青岛大学硕士学位论文RalARhoC在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义姓名:陈丹申请学位级别:硕士专业:肿瘤学指导教师:于壮20120602RaIARhoC在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义摘要【目的】本研究旨在观察RalA(Ras-reletedproteinA)、RhoC(RasholomogyC)mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织中的量变化,探讨在非小细胞肺癌中RalA、RhoCmRNA的表达与其发生发展及侵袭转移之间的关系。【方法】选取60例经病理学诊断的非小细胞肺癌(Non-smallcelllungcancerNSCLC)患者,利用实时荧光定量PCR
