1、摘要近几年,全国各医院积极推行了医生绩效评估制度。但因医院医生职业的特殊性以及我国医院医生绩效评估尚处于起步阶段,在具体实施中难免会产生这样或那样的问题,从而有悖绩效评估的初衷。如何结合医院医生的职业特性建立起一套客观、准确地绩效评估体系,科学、公正的反映医生个体及整体的能力和水平,既可从整体上调动医生的积极性、主动性,又可促进医院对医生管理绩效,进而推动医院的全面发展。本文根据对国内多所医疗机构医生评价方法的分析,结合长州医院医生的实际情况,获得医生评价的30项指标,然后用专家咨询法向40名医学专家和医院管理专家进行咨询。咨询专家除对30项指标提出评
2、价意见外,还就构建完整的评价指标体系提出了补充。综合专家们的意见,形成为3个方面37项终级指标的评价指标体系。在此基础上,本文构建出了长州医院医生绩效评估体系,并运用专家咨询法对评估指标予以权重分配,进而设计出相应的指标评估标准。为确保长州医院医生工作绩效评估能够顺利实施,提高绩效评估的成效,本文还进一步对完善长州医院医生绩效评估提出了相应的建议。关键词长州医院,,绩效评估,医生ABSTRACTHospitalthroughoutthecountryhavepromotedtheperformanceevaluationsystemfordoctora
