2、rcaneleaves.ToestablishHPLCfingerprintoftotalflavonoidsofSugarcaneleaves.Thescientificevidenceforfurtherdevelopmentandtheapplicationwasshowedinthispaper.Methods:1.StudyonextractionoftotalflavonoidsfromSugarcaneleaves:Theextracttechnologyofthetotalflavonoids
3、fromSugarcaneleaveswasoptimizedbyorthogonalexperimentwiththeyieldoftotalflavonoidsfromSugarcaneleavesasindexandwiththeextractiontemperature,extractiontime,theratioofsolidtoliquidandtheconcentrationofethanolasfactors.2.DeterminationStudyonContentoftotalflavo
4、noidsfromSugarcaneleaves:Usingthecharacteristic.Referencesubstancewasrutin,AlCl3waschromogenicagentandthedetectionwavelengthwasat417nm.3.HPLCfingerprintoftotalflavonoidsofSugarcaneleaves:ThefingerprintsofSugarcaneleavesweresetupbyHPLC,17batchesofsamplefromd
5、ifferentvarietieswereanalysis.WestudiedtheHPLCFingerprintChromatographyofSugarcaneleavesonthetestsamplesolutionpreparation,theselectionofreferencematter,theoptimizationofChromatographyfactors,andmarksweremarked.ThemutualmodeofthefingerprintsofSugarcaneleave
6、swassetupwith“SimilarityEvaluationSystemforChromatographicFingerprintof3TCM”(2004Aversion).4.Anti-inflammatoryeffectoftotalflavonoidsinSugarcaneleaves:Themicemodelofacuteauricleswellinginducedbydimethylbenzene,capillarypermeabilityinducedbyaceticacidandgran
7、ulomainducedbyweightofcotton-pelletinratswereappliedinanti-inflammatoryexperiments.Results:1.TheoptimalconditionsfortotalflavonoidsfromSugarcaneleaveswereasfollows:refluxextractionwas70%ethanolin2hat80℃andsolidtoliquidratio1:25.2.TheresultsshowedthatAlCl3co
8、lorimetry,theaveragerecoveryratewas95.3%andRSD=1.0%,totalflavonescontentofSugarcaneleaveswas6.77mg/g.3.HPLCFingerprint:thedetectivewavelengthwasat320nm,themethanol-0.1%aceticacid(gradientelution)wasuse
