3、fromSugarcaneleaveswasoptimizedbyorthogonalexperimentwiththeyieldoftotalflavonoidsfromSugarcaneleavesasindexandwiththeextractiontemperature，extractiontime，theratioofsolidtoliquidandtheconcentrationofethanolasfactors.2.DeterminationStudyonContentoftotalflavo

4、noidsfromSugarcaneleaves:Usingthecharacteristic.Referencesubstancewasrutin，AlCl3waschromogenicagentandthedetectionwavelengthwasat417nm.3.HPLCfingerprintoftotalflavonoidsofSugarcaneleaves:ThefingerprintsofSugarcaneleavesweresetupbyHPLC，17batchesofsamplefromd

5、ifferentvarietieswereanalysis.WestudiedtheHPLCFingerprintChromatographyofSugarcaneleavesonthetestsamplesolutionpreparation，theselectionofreferencematter，theoptimizationofChromatographyfactors，andmarksweremarked.ThemutualmodeofthefingerprintsofSugarcaneleave

6、swassetupwith“SimilarityEvaluationSystemforChromatographicFingerprintof3TCM”（2004Aversion）.4.Anti-inflammatoryeffectoftotalflavonoidsinSugarcaneleaves:Themicemodelofacuteauricleswellinginducedbydimethylbenzene，capillarypermeabilityinducedbyaceticacidandgran

7、ulomainducedbyweightofcotton-pelletinratswereappliedinanti-inflammatoryexperiments.Results:1.TheoptimalconditionsfortotalflavonoidsfromSugarcaneleaveswereasfollows:refluxextractionwas70%ethanolin2hat80℃andsolidtoliquidratio1:25.2.TheresultsshowedthatAlCl3co

8、lorimetry，theaveragerecoveryratewas95.3%andRSD=1.0%，totalflavonescontentofSugarcaneleaveswas6.77mg/g.3.HPLCFingerprint:thedetectivewavelengthwasat320nm，themethanol-0.1%aceticacid（gradientelution）wasuse
