2、ce,theDSYinstitutebeganitsstandardizationsystemdesignanddeveloping.Thispaperexplorestheeffectivenessforutilizingadvancedmanagementtheoriesintostandardizationpractice.Itanalyzestheorganizationsystems,thehumanresourcemanagementtechniques,andthestandardizationsystemsofdifferentstandardsorganizat
3、ions.ConsideringtherequirementsandenvironmentsfordevelopingthestandardizationsystemintheDSYinstitute,andtreatingthebuildingofthestandardizationsystemasaproject,thispaperdiscussesthecriticalfactorsthatwillaffectitssuccess.Fourissuesarethusidentified.First,particularstandardizationarchitectures
4、arerequiredtonormalizetheprocessingofeachstandardizationprojects.Second,amanagementinformationsystemisrequiredtooptimizethecommunicationandmanagementofstandardizationactivities.Third,moreresourceshouldbeputintoproducemorehighqualitystandards,asitistheobjecttodevelopingstandardizationsystem.La
5、st,humanresourceisthelongtermsupporttothestandardizationsystem.Indevelopingthesystem,moreattentionsshouldbeputintothedevelopingofstandardizationteam,suchasrightsandobligations,educationsandexcitations.Thispaperalsodiscussestheimplementationguidancetoaddresstheaboveissues.Theeffectivenessandre
