3、developedintoahighlycomplexdynamicsystem,componentsarevariedandabundant,theblackoutrisksufferedfromrandomdisturbancesisincreasing.Thereareseveralblackoutaccidentsallovertheworldinrecentyears,Accidentanalysisshowedthatnotonlyoperationalplansanddevelopmentplanswereneeded,

4、butalsooperationalriskintransmissionsystemshouldbemanagedandcontroliedtopreventthepowersystemfromblackoutaccidents.Themanagementandcontrolontheactivepoweroperationalriskmainlydividsintoactivepowersecuritycorrectionandformulatinglowestriskoperationmode.Generally,regional

5、dispatchdepartmentshavenorighttodispatchgeneratorunits,andfewmeasurescanbetakentOcorrectactivepowersecurity,thesamelimitishappeningtoarrangingoperationmode.Socoordinationassessmentisneededbetweentheunitoutputandpowergridoperation.Accordingtothepracticalsituationinregion

6、alpowergriddispatch,loadtransferisputforwardintoactivepowersecuritycorrectionalgorithminthearticle.Itisrequiredthatheuristicalgorithmbasedonsensitivityandnonlinearplanningalgorithmareneededtomatchloadtransfersimulationintwoways.Theactivecorrectionschemecalculatedbyalgor
