1、不同浓度H2对NaCl胁迫下甘薯苗生理指标的影响 摘要:以徐薯28为材料,采用水培法,研究了不同浓度(0、10%、25%、50%、75%、100%)氢气(H2)对NaCl胁迫下的甘薯[Dioscoreaesculenta(Lour.)Burkill]叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、叶绿体色素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,200mmol/LNaCl胁迫下添加不同浓度的H2后甘薯叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素含量均比仅用NaCl处理组的高,其中50%H2+NaCl和75%H2+NaCl处理组的叶片相对含水量显著升高,75%
2、H2+NaCl处理组的叶绿素含量与仅用NaCl处理组相比显著升高;叶片的相对电导率值和MDA含量均比仅用NaCl处理组的低,其中50%H2+NaCl和75%H2+NaCl处理组的相对电导率和MDA含量显著降低。选取最佳H2浓度(75%),研究200mmol/LNaCl胁迫下徐薯28的MDA含量和POD活性。结果表明,9d内,200mmol/LNaCl胁迫下添加H2后MDA含量显著低于仅用NaCl处理组;POD活性先升高后降低,并显著高于仅用NaCl处理组的POD活性。这表明外源H2的加入在一定程度上缓解了盐胁迫对徐薯28的伤
