1、双氢青蒿素对前列腺癌裸鼠种植瘤生长及VEGF表达的影响李庆春高小玲石之虎邹聪罗子国(重庆医科大学电镜室,重庆400016)摘要目的研究双氢青蒿素(DHA)对前列腺癌PC-3细胞裸鼠种植瘤的抑制作用及对VEGF表达的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用人前列腺癌PC-3细胞建立裸鼠种植瘤模型,20只模型鼠随机分为对照组、溶剂组、DHA大剂量组及DHA小剂量组,经13d干预后,计算抑瘤率;光镜及电镜观察肿瘤组织形态学表现,免疫组织化学法检测VEGF的表达水平,体视学分析肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果DHA大小剂量组抑瘤率分别为69.221%和63.186%,肿瘤组织内凋亡细
