1、Irbesartan对糖尿病大鼠肾组织骨桥蛋白的调节肖柯，曹文富，焦颖华，陈益山（重庆医科大学附属第一医院中西医结合科，重庆400016）摘要：目的观察血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)受体拮抗剂Irbesartan对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾组织骨桥蛋白表达及炎症细胞浸润的影响。方法建立STZ诱导的糖尿病SD大鼠模型，将成模糖尿病大鼠随机分成DM模型组、Irbesartan组，同时设正常对照组。各组大鼠采用相应的干预措施处理12周。常规方法检测各组大鼠肾指数、血糖、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)，HE染色观察大鼠肾脏病理形态变化，免疫组化法检测肾小管骨桥蛋白（OPN），CD68表达，We

2、stern bloting 检测OPN在肾中的蛋白表达。结果DM模型组大鼠血糖、UAER、尿素氮、血肌酐、肾指数显著增高；肾组织OPN，CD68表达明显增多，光镜下肾小管结构异常改变明显，Irbesartan组上述指标明显低于模型组(P<0.01)，肾脏超微结构明显改善，但未达到正常对照组水平。结论Irbesartan可减少DM大鼠肾组织中OPN含量，下调CD68的表达，减轻肾组织炎性病变，对肾脏有一定保护作用。关键词：Irbesartan;糖尿病;骨桥蛋白中图分类号:R972+.4;R587.2文献标识码:AEffectofirbesartanonactivationofrenalo
