1、年产206万吨短流程带钢车间工艺设计摘要:薄板坯连铸连轧是20世纪80年代末、90年代初开发成功的生产热轧板卷的一项短流程工艺,是继氧气转炉炼钢、连续铸钢之后钢铁工业最重要的革命性技术之一。薄板坯连铸连轧集科学、技术和工程于一体,将热轧板卷的生产在一条短流程的生产线上完成,充分显示岀其先进性和科学性。世界各国都对此给予了极大关注,使得薄板坯连铸连轧技术近年来又有了突飞猛进的进展。与传统生产工艺流程相比,短流程可节约投资、提高成材率、降低生产成本、大幅度缩减生产周期等。本设计为年产206万吨薄板坯连铸连轧热轧带钢生产设计,论文叙
2、述了薄板坯连铸连轧技术的类型、市场分析及工艺技术特点,并把各种典型工艺进行了比较。并运用VB程序进行了压下规程程序设计和相应的校核等。本设计选用的是CSP工艺,车间主要布置为:2流50/70CSP连铸一辗底式均热炉一高压水除鳞一7架CVC皿连轧机一层流冷却一卷取。釆用了铁素体轧制技术、半无头轧制技术等新技术。关键词:连铸连轧;CSP;热轧带钢车间设计;七机架精轧机组;压下规程程序设计TheDesignofaShortStripProcessPlantwithanAnnualOutputof2.06MilliontonsAbst
