1、胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律不齐的临床分析马爱玲马爱玲侯仰民【摘要】目的对老年冠心病出现心律不齐使用胺碘酮治疗的临床治疗效果进行探讨研究。方法选取2014年5月-2015年4月入住我院的老年冠心病患者诊断为心律不齐140例,随机平均分为A、B两组,A组为观察组,患者70例,B组为对照组,患者70例。A组(观察组)病人口服胺腆酮治疗心律不齐,B组(对照组)病人U服盐酸普罗帕酮进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果、不良反应发生率以及出现并发症的情况。结果与对照组相比较,观察组病人的总有效率明显升高,差异显著,異有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组病人岀现不良反应的概
2、率明显下降,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组病人出现并发症(心源性猝死、心力衰竭、心源性休克、恶性心律不齐等)的几率明显降低,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05>。结论针对老年冠心病病人出现心律不齐使用胺碘酮治疗,临床治疗效果良好,不良反应及并发症少,安全性高,值得临床推荐使用。【关键词】老年冠心病;胺碘酮;临床疗效;并发症;不良反应Clinicalanalysisofamiodaroneinthetreatmentofsenilecoronaryheartdiseasearrhythmia【Abstract】ObjectiveClinica
