1、硫酸轻氯卩奎联合他克莫司治疗口腔扁平苔薜的疗效研究［摘耍］日的观察传统免疫抑制剂(硫酸轻氯哇)联合他克莫司治疗口腔扁平苔薛的短期疗效和安全性。方法80例口腔扁平苔鋒患者分为两组，实验组给予0.0015%他克莫司溶液每口2次含服及口服硫酸軽氯嗤片100mg,每日1次，对照组予口服硫酸超氯唾片100mg,每日1次，治疗观察4周，治疗结束时评价冇效率和不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗有效率为95.0%,对照组治疗有效率为35.0%,硫酸免氯哇联合他克莫司对口腔扁平苔醉的短期疗效明显优于硫酸耗氯U奎(x2=31.65,P二0.00),但两组不良反应率无明显差异。结论硫酸疑氯嚨联合他克莫司对

7、的研究热门。本研究旨在联合应用两种药物，使用较低药物剂量，在获得良好效果的同时又能有效减少两种药物的不良反应。本研究收集我科自2012年1月〜2014年12月的80例诊断为口腔扁平苔蘇的病例，随机分为实验组及对照组，用药治疗4周后，观察两组治疗效果及不良反应，现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料在我院口腔门诊选择80例初诊临床或病理诊断为0LP的患者为研究对象。入选标准：具有口腔扁平苔蘇的典型黏膜损害及临床症状，临床或病理可诊断为0LP。排除标准［lh①依从性差者；②对硫酸疑氯
