1、人性化护理对胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的干预价值何春华四川省丙充县中医医院637200摘要：目的：观察并探讨人性化护理干预在临床上对肭结石手术患者术前焦虑的影响和临床疗效。方法：随机选取2014年7月〜2015年2月在木院就诊的胆结石患者88例作为木次研究对象，按照具体试验方法进行分组对照，B卩：观察组和对照组，每组包含44例肭结石手术患者。其中对照组，仅行常规临床护理;观察组则结合人性化护理。观察并比较两组患者在入院时和术前的焦虑情况，及对护理的满意度。结果：在刚入院时，两组患者的SAS分值分别为(62.76±5.84)分和(63.52±6.33)分，并无明显差

2、异(P>0.05);而术前对照组患者SAS分值(60.36±5.75)分明显高于观察组患者(51.47±5.28)分,且数据具有显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组患者对护理的满意度83.6%情况低于观察组患者对护理的满意度94.3%,且具有显著差异(P<0.05)o结论：人性化护理应用于胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的的护理中異有良好的临床效果，具有临床推广应用的价值。关键词：肭结石；人性化护理；术前焦虑Objective：Toobserveandexploretheeffectofhumanizednursinginterventiononpreop
