6、gyhasnotchangedandFrancecontinuestoreiterateitsmitmenttoanautonomicEuropeandefenseandtheprogressoftheESDP.FranceprojectsitspreferencesofinstitutionconstructionandcapabilityimprovementtotheLisbonTreaty,andexpectstoenhanceitscontrolandinfluenceonESDPthroughthe"multi-sp
