1、循证护理提高肝胆外科护理质量的效果评价夏玲玉邛崃市医疗中心医院611530【摘要】目的：分析探讨循证护理干预应用于肝胆外科患者中的临床效果。方法：选取110例就诊于我院肝胆外科的患者，根据对其实施护理措施的不同随机分组，每组各55例，对照组采用一般传统护理方法，观察组采用循证护理干预措施进行护理。观察通过不同的护理后两组患者相关指标的变化情况以及患者治疗的依从性情况。结果：干预组护理后住院天数较常规组显著缩短(P<0.05>;干预组护理后自我护理能力的评分较常规组显著增加，说明干预组自我护理能力增强；干预组护理后的健康知识评分较常规组显著增加(P<0.05);干预组

2、护理后患者的满意度较常规组显著改善(P<0.05);干预组患者完全依从率较常规组的完全依从率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论：使用循证护理措施对肝胆外科患者进行护理后的效果显示较好，患者住院时间、自我护理能力、健康知识的了解等情况较使用常规护理方法显著改善，患者对治疗的依从性增加，复发情况显著减少，在临床护理肝胆外科患者中应积极的应用。【关键词】循证护理；肝胆外科；护理质量；效果评价【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】2095-7165(2015)12-0006-02[Abstract]Objective：AnalysisandDiscussionofevid
