1、小切口有限内固定治疗关节面移位跟骨骨折的疗效观郭勇（重庆市武隆县人民医院骨科重庆408500）【摘要】目的：探讨小切U有限内固定治疗关节面移位跟骨骨折的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2012年10月-2014年10月间收治的80例（98足）关节面移位跟骨骨折作为临床研究对象，使用随机数字列表将其随机分为研宄组和对照组。对照组40例（48足）患者釆用跟骨外侧“L”形切幵复位钢板内固定术进行治疗，研究组40例（50足）患者采用小切口有限内固定术进行治疗。观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者末次随访时的Bolther角和Gissane角均明显高于术前，（P<0

2、.05）差异均有统计学意义。两组患者术前和末次随访时的Bolther角和Gissane角比较，（P〉0.05）差异均无统计学意义。两组患者的优良率比较，（P〉0.05）差异均无统计学意义。研究组患者的并发症发生率（2.0%）明显低于对照组（12.5%）,（P<0.05）差异均有统计学意义。结论：对关节面移位跟骨骨折患者采用小切口有效内固定治疗术进行治疗只有良好的临床疗效，且术后并发症少，值得在临床上进一步推广。【关键词】小切U有限内固定；关节面移位跟骨骨折；临床疗效【中图分类号】R687【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）19-0361-
