1、年龄相关性白内障患者术前角膜散光情况分析 摘要:目的探讨年龄相关性白内障患者术前角膜散光特征。方法对接受白内障手术的142例(266眼)患者在术前行角膜散光测量,对角膜散光大小和不同轴向散光所占比例进行统计分析,并对不同年龄组的角膜散光和散光轴向进行比较。结果白内障患者术前角膜散光中位数0.75D,范围(0~3.75)D,0~0.49D占15.0%,0.50~0.99D占39.8%,1.00~1.49D占26.3%,1.50~1.99D占9.8%,2.00D以上占9.0%;顺规散光占24.4%,逆规散光占59.4%,斜向散光占14.7
2、%,无散光占1.5%;角膜散光<1.00D和≥1.00D的眼所占比例在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);顺规散光、逆规散光、斜向散光的眼所占比例在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄相关性白内障患者术前角膜散光≥1.00D者接近一半,随年龄增长比例增加;逆规散光多见,随年龄增长,顺规散光有向逆规散光变化的趋势,在手术切口设计和人工晶体选择上需充分考虑患者角膜散光大小和轴向,以获得满意的术后视觉质量。 关键词:年龄相关性白内障;角膜散光;散光轴 AnalysisofPreoperativeCornealA
