1、探讨封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染临床效果哈尔滨骨伤科医院150001摘要：目的研究分析封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染的临床效果。方法此次研宄的对象是选择2012年4月一2013年5月该院收治的72例骨科外伤感染患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成实验组和对照组，每组36例，实验组患者采取封闭负压引流的治疗方式治疗骨科创伤感染，对照组患者采取常规的治疗方式治疗骨科创伤感染，最终分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者，在住院天数方面，实验组患者的住院天数为(19.55±6.53

2、)d,对照组患者的住院天数为(31.53±8.52)d;在换药次数方面，实验组患者的换药次数为(1.51&plUSmn;0.52)次，对照组患者的换药次数为(9.52&plUSmn;2.54)次；在住院费用方面，实验组患者的住院费用为(5211.00±30.53)元，对照组患者的住院费用为(5751.00±45.51)元，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染的临床效果显著，值得在临床实践中大力推广和实践。关键词：封闭负压引流；骨科；创伤感染
