1、城市新区建设的生态文明指标体系研究文雯王奇北京大学环境科学与工程学院摘要：城市新区是新型城镇化建设的重要载体，将生态文明理念融于城市新区建设中，是对生态文明与新型城镇化两大国家主导发展理念的践行。研究并设计一套科学合理的城市新区建设的生态文明指标体系，对于刻画城市新区应具备的特征、引导建设规划方向、提升城市质量具有重要意义。基于对生态文明内涵的解读，依据对“自然一界面一经济一人居”这一“全过程”进行“全生态”建设的思路，构建了括“自然资产、环境亲和、绿色发展、生态宜居”四个层次共39项指标的城市新
