2、满足企业商品销售前期和后期的流程实践需求而作的,以管理信息系统建设中的商品销售系统的开发为背景，论述了管理信息系统的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，首先从系统的开发背景和意义等概述部分写起，然后对系统功能的分析作了详细的分析，重点在概要设计和详细设计，对本系统的业务流程、数据流程做了详细说明，最后是对系统的测试和总结本系统运用ASP技术实现，后端数据库采用SQLSERVER2000作为数据库服务器，前端开发工具使用MacromediaDreamweaver6。关键词：SQLSERVER2000B/SASPIISCommodityS
