1、甲状腺全切术治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进疗效及对患者心脏功能和肝功能的影响周韦华(成都市蒲江县蒲江县人民医院普外科611630)【摘要】R的:探讨甲状腺全切术治疗原发性甲亢的疗效及对心功能和肝功能的影响;方法将100例原发性甲亢患者随机分为研宄组、对照组各50例,分别行甲状腺全切术和甲状腺次全切术,评价两组手术疗效和心、肝功能指标变化,随访1年,比较复发率;结果:对照组屮发生短暂性甲状腺功能减退21例,优于研究组(P<0.05),但研究组未出现复发患者,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术屮出血量和手术时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)o术后,两组心功能组间比较,研宄
