1、不同给药方案对细菌性阴道病疗效的比较王芳1张萍萍1尹利荣(通讯作者)1顾文玉2(1天津医科大学第二医院妇科天津300211)(2天津市中心妇产科医院妇科天津300052)【摘要】目的探讨不同的局部给药方案对细菌性阴道病的治疗效果。方法将160例BV患者随机分成四组给予阴道局部用药，A组予甲硝哇400mgQd×7d；B组予硝呋太尔250mgQd×7d；C组予甲硝哇400mgQd×7d后，予乳杆菌250mgQd×10d;D组予硝呋太尔250mgQd×7d后，予乳杆菌250mgQd×

2、10do分别于停药3天及停药2月后复查。结果各组短期有效率均高于75%，A、B、C三组有效率无明显差异；D组有效率明显高于其余三组，差异有统计学意义。A组复发率则明显高于其余三组(P<0.05)oA组无明显阴道微生态环境改善作用；B、C组只有一定的阴道微生态环境改善作用，且作用相近，两次复查差异不大。D组改善作用明显优于其余三组(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔联合乳杆菌方案治疗BV，在有效率、复发率及阴道微生态环境调整方面均具有明显优势。单纯应用硝呋太尔作用与甲硝唑联合乳杆菌作用相近，亦有一定的阴道微生态环境改善作用，在有效率及复发率方面
