1、妊娠期贫血原因调查与分析任秀英(四川省广元市第三人民医院妇产科628001)【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠期贫血原因。方法:收集我院2012年至2013年孕期保健的980例孕妇的孕13周前，13至28周，28周以后的临床资料，分为研究组和对照组，分析两组孕妇各期贫血发生率及原因，比较两组孕妇间年龄、地区、文化水平、生活习惯、及饮食情况、药物依从性之间的差异性。结果:妊娠期贫血发生率为26.5%,孕早期贫血发生率为4.6%,孕中期贫血发生率为35.4%，孕晚期贫血发牛.率为60%;其中轻度贫血发生率为77.3%,中度贫血发生率为19.6%,重度贫血发牛.
2、率为3.1%;其中96.5%为缺铁性贫血，3.5%为巨幼红细胞性贫血及其他原因贫血。两组间年龄比较无明显差异，研究组城乡结合区及农村发生率高于对照组，研宄组文化水平低于对照组，研究组偏食、担心长胖、生活不规律高于对照组，且药物依从性差。结论:妊娠期中晚期容易发生轻度缺铁性贫血，妊娠期进行合理的营养膳食指导，合理补充铁剂，能降低妊娠期贫血。【关键词】妊娠贫血原因【中图分类号】R714【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2014)23-0060-02[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethecausesofanaem
