1、毕业设计课题:平地容器苗植树机的设计中文摘要提高森林覆盖率,保护生态环境,防风固沙,必须从植树造林开始。此项工作任务量大,作业季节性强。实践证明,必须采用机械化植树造林才能最大限度地提高生产率,降低生产成本,实现快速高质量造林,提高造林成活率。利用机械化造林绿化国土的“21世纪中国亚马逊工程”,是中国实现现代化的重要一环。所以,应大力提倡机械化造林。随着人工造林和森林更新速度的加快,所需的苗木急剧增加,而传统的露天裸根育苗在数量和质量上都不能满足造林的需要,于是在机械化裸根育苗的同时,一套新的育苗技术即容器育苗技术发展起来了
2、。特别是近几年有了较快的发展,受到世界各国林学家及林业工作者的普遍重视。容器育种,节约种子,节省劳动力,降低成本。容器培育出的苗木,不仅生长快,而且苗木质量好,茎干粗壮,根系发达,采用容器育苗更容易成活,并能节约树种,减少损耗门珍贵树种更见成效。所以采用容器苗植树能更快更好地完成新绿化任务。本设计为平地容器苗植树机,作业时与拖拉机配套使用。植树机由栽植装置,容器苗导管,开沟器,限深轮,镇压轮和空容器苗盘机装箱组成,悬挂在拖拉机上。栽植时不需要有苗夹及其夹放机构,栽植装置也比较简单。容器苗从导管落入植树沟中,由镇压轮进行覆土压
