7、··········································261.立项背景38氨基酸是烟草中主要的成分之一,它们与烟草的品质密切相关。游离氨基酸是烟叶中的重要化学成分,也是烟草中的一类重要致香前体物质,氨基酸的含量与烟草的品质有着密切的关系,其含量的高低直接影响到烟的味道和烟气的丰满度[1、2],在烟叶的烘烤、陈化、调制及抽吸过程中均会与烟叶中的还原糖发生梅拉德反应而形成多种重要的致香成分,故烟叶中游离氨基酸种类的多少和含量的高低会直接影响烟叶的内在品质,由于氨基酸分析在烟草化学分析领域的研究中起着重要的作用,因此,对烟草中的氨基酸分析
