3、netusers.TheNLPMisdesignedtodifferentiatepriorityoftheinformationondifferentlayersandintegratetheinformationusingprioritymapping.WithNLPM,networkservicescanbedeliveredmoreefficiently;networkutilizationsuchastheutilizationofconnection,pathandchannelcanalsobeimproved.Modelanalysis
4、,NSsimulationandprototypeimplementationhaveprovedtheefficiencyofNLPM.1IntroductionLayeredstructureisthebasicdesignmethodofInternet.IntheearlydaysofInternet,theinteractionbetweenthelayerswassimpleinviewofthepoornetworkinfrastructureonlowlayerandthesimpleserviceonhighlayer.Besides
5、,therewasnounifiedformfortheinteractionbetweenlayersastheinitiallayeringwasadhocmodel.Asnewnetworkservicesareconstantlyemergingandgrowingmoreandmorecomplex,thesimplelayereddesigncannotmeetthedemandoffuturenetworkdevelopment.Thereforetherehaveemergedservicepartition,multi-connect
6、ion,multi-path,andmulti-channelondifferentInternetlayers.Fortheapplicationlayer,thenetworkservicesaregrowingdiversifiedwhilethecontentofservicesisgrowingincreasinglycomplex.Asaresult,onenetworkserviceusuallyconsistsofanumberoflogicallyindependentcomponents.Partitionofthecomplexs
7、ervicewillimproveservicerobustnessandflexibility.Forthetransportlayer,aservicewithmulti-connectionisneededastheservicecanbepartitionedintomanydifferenttypesofpartitioned-services.Multi-connectioncanensuretheefficiencyoftheend-to-endtransmissionfordifferenttypesofpartitioned-serv
