2、事管理系统的数据库设计，给出了具体的概念设计、逻辑设计，设计了系统所需的表以及建立了各个表之间的关系；前台使用SSH+JSP技术对系统主要功能模块进行设计实现，Struts作为系统的整体基础架构，处理易团队用户数据的处理过程。Spring负责易团队系统的业务管理，为系统的Action类提供业务接口，封装持久层的 DAO，同时起到解耦的作用。Hiberante处理易团队后台数据库管理，完成数据库操作。系统的设计与实现，为易团队的人事管理带来了便利和实惠，使得易团队人事管理快捷、高效、安全。关键词：人事管理系统；B/S；MySQL；SSHAbstract
