1、与A组相比较，B、C、D组呼吸停止至SpO2降至99%、95%、92%、90%的时间均显著增加；与B、C组相比较，D组无通气时限显著延长。A、B、C、D组的无通气安全时限分别为（462.00±136.05）s、（562.31±96.64）s、（561.12±142.3）s、（687.98±142.19）s。五组均未发现胃胀气，无返流误吸发生。结论：（1）全麻诱导期自主呼吸充分预给氧2分钟，小儿的无通气安全时限较成人短。（2）头高15°斜坡体位、持续正压通气（6cmH2O）2分钟的自主呼吸预给氧方法均可延长无通气安全时限；持续正压通气（6c
