1、电子商务信用体系的建立摘要 经济全球化已成为时代的主题。市场经济的迅猛发展、科学技术的不断进步为经济全球化提供了必要的物质条件，而电子商务交易则为经济全球化提供了强有力的技术支持。以信息技术和网络技术为依托发展起来的电子商务交易突破了受时间、地域等因素影响的传统的贸易模式，使交易信息传输和资金周转加速，而且简化了交易的手续和过程，降低了交易成本，增加了交易机会，并大大增进了国际间的贸易与合作。随着计算机网络技术和现代通信技术的广泛应用，人们越来越多地以网络进行交易，交易的双方当事人在虚拟的空间中运作。电子信息交易带来迅速和方便的同时，也带来了一
2、系列关于电子商务交易法律问题。电子商务的快速健康发展需要完善的法制体系作保障，积极探索和研究电子商务立法问题，加快建立具有中国特色的电子商务法律体系，政府及组织必须纷纷积极行动起来，积极制定适合并促进电子信息交易发展的法律规范，推动我国电子商务发展，这是符合时代发展趋势并有重大的现实及历史意义的。 关键词：电子商务； 诚信； 交易； 法律制度-20-ABSTRACT Theeconomicglobalizationhasbecomethethemeofthetimes.Therapiddevelopmentofmarketeconomy,th
