2、yappliedtotheprintingplate,havemadegreatprogressintheoreticalresearchandapplication,withtheareafromprinting,electronics,chemicalandotherfieldstoexpandtheplasticfiber,medical,biochemical,andagriculture.Thedevelopmenttrendjustunfolding.Thischapterwillgiveadetaileddescriptionofthebasicknowledg

5、ionSciencereplicationtechnologyandmicromachiningandlithographytechnologyhasputforwardnewrequirementstothephotosensitivepolymerandrelatedmaterials,astrongimpetustothedevelopmentofphotosensitivepolymer.Notonlyhasitgainedimportantapplicationsinimagingmaterialssuchasphotography,photocopying,pri
6、nting,andintegratedcircuits,butithasalsoplayedanimportantroleinplastics,fibers,medical,biochemical,coatingsandadhesives.Althoughthedevelopmenthistoryofphotosensitivepolymersisnotlong,ithasdevelopedveryrapidlyinrecentdecades.Atpresentnotonlylightpolymerization,lightcrosslinking,andlightdecom
