1、甜脆柿栽培管理技术一、柿树的特征特性柿子分涩柿和脆柿，涩柿通过去涩后才能鲜食，甜、脆果肉嫩，可以加工柿饼、柿片、柿羔点心，脆柿只能鲜食。目前，在我县推广的主要品种为婉容甜脆柿和脆柿。柿子是长命树，一次种植终身享受，挂果早，结果基本无大小年。适应性特别强，PH值4.5－7的土质，年均温13度以上、海拔300米－1600米均可种植，管理粗放，病虫害少于其它果树，种植五年后进入盛果期，一般亩产2000斤－4000斤。二、柿园的选址和柿树栽植（一）柿园的选择1、无公害柿基地必须选择在生态条件好，空气清新，土壤和灌溉水未受污染的区域。柿子适宜在我乌蒙
