1、南京林业大学本科毕业设计(论文)题目:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的制备和性能学院:化学工程学院专业:化学工程与工艺(精细化工)学号:070203129学生姓名:周杰指导教师:蔡正春职称:讲师二O一一年五月二十八日17摘要:密封胶是用来填充空隙的材料,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶综合了硅酮密封胶和聚氨酯密封胶的性能。本文在已知的配方下,通过改变配方中不同实验原料及用量对产品性能的影响。主要研究单组分聚氨酯密封胶的固化速率、挤出性、触变性、胶体强度等性能。实验表明气相二氧化硅对聚氨酯密封胶无触变作用;在同等条件下选用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为增塑剂对密封胶的性能和
2、成本是最优的;催化剂用量在0.177%时表干时间最适宜;聚酰胺蜡对于体系的触变性最适宜用量在1.0~2.0%;增韧剂液体聚丁二烯橡胶对于体系无明显增韧作用;偶联剂甲基三甲氧基硅烷对于体系的粘结力有增强效果,在一定范围内,随着偶联剂甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量增加,剪切强度降低。关键词:硅烷改性聚氨酯;聚氨酯;密封胶17Abstract:Sealantisusedtofillgapsinthematerial,Silylatedpolyurethanesealantcombinationofsiliconesealantandpolyurethane
