3、nthemorninguntilsheleavesforhomelateintheafternoon,andher“free”periodsisn’treallyfreeatall.AnEnglishteacherusuallydivideshertimeamongthreesubjects:language(grammar,punctuation,spelling,etc.),composition,andliterature.Mrs.Cox’sfavoritesubjectisliterature,andhermostexcitingclasse

5、beganpouringin.Oneboysaidthepoemwasheartbreakinglysad.Anotherstudent,agirl,saidshehadreadabookbythesamewriter,butshewasn’tabletoenjoyitasmuchashermotherdid,andshedidn’tknowwhy.Athird,akeenviewerofTVtheatre,recognizedaphraseinthepoemwhichhadbeenusedasthetitleofarecentplay.Asshea
